Brede Ciapciak Dental is a Needham based family dentist practice that treats patients of all ages. We are committed to delivering the highest quality dental care and do so using advanced dental equipment. We are a cosmetic dentist that offers services like checkups, teeth cleaning, crowns, veneers and more.
Dr. Ciapciak has amassed an impressive following on TikTok for her comprehensive dental educational content (search @drciapciak on TikTok). She has made a name for herself by educating her followers in an honest, straightforward way. “Dentistry is expensive and can be inaccessible to so many people that I started my TikTok page to help patients understand more about dental concepts to help them become the best dental consumers they can be. I’m trying to improve their overall dental IQ!” Dr. Ciapciak has been featured in commercials with notable brands like Colgate, Sensodyne, Pronamel, and Dandy digital dental lab, and has lectured at dental conferences on topics ranging from practice management to digital dentistry. She is extremely passionate about her field, and her patients and online followers can feel it through her video content and her thorough explanations.

Kendrick R. Brede D.M.D.
Dr. Brede graduated Cum Laude from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 1981, turning down a teaching position there to begin his lifelong journey to become the premier clinical general dentist he is today. Prior to attending dental school, Dr. Brede graduated with a bachelor of science in Biophysics from Pennsylvania State University in 1978. Though originally from Pennsylvania, Dr. Brede has been practicing in Needham for over 35 years.
Dr. Brede completed his initial implant training in 1996 and has since taken additional advanced courses in Bicon’s short implant technique. Dr. Brede is adamant about staying up to date on current dental advances, and therefore takes annual courses updating him on esthetic/restorative dentistry, soft and hard tissue surgical techniques, endodontics, periodontics, and prosthodontics. He is also certified in Raintree Essix clear orthodontic aligners, and has been trained to treat TMJ issues pertaining to TMD.
In his free time, Dr. Brede enjoys fishing, golfing, skiing, and spending time with his family. Dr. Brede also has a passion for medical mission work, and travels annually to a dental clinic he has established in Hyderabad, India. Although he has also been on trips to Peru, Kenya and Brazil, his heart has truly remained with the orphans of the Agape International AIDS Orphanage since 2007. Ashley Brede Ciapciak, D.M.D.
Dr. Ashley Brede Ciapciak (pronounced: “chap-chack”) graduated magna cum laude from the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine with distinction from the Department of Geriatric Dentistry for outstanding aptitude and skill in the treatment of geriatric patients and patients with special needs. Throughout her time at Boston University, she tutored underclassmen and was a teaching assistant during her clinical years.
Dr. Ciapciak was ranked as one of the Top 20 Dentist to look out for in Disruptor’s Magazine in 2021 and has amassed an impressive following on Tiktok for her comprehensive dental educational content (search @drciapciak on Tiktok). She has also been featured several times on Youtube (Club Med, Dental Shadowers, and Jessika Kent), on The Dental Marketer Podcast, and in a commercial for Dandy Digital dental lab. Dr. Ciapciak was a featured speaker at Yankee Dental Congress and continues to lecture on her favorite topic: digital dentistry.
Dr. Ciapciak is certified with Invisalign® clear aligners and by FACES to utilize Botox® as a part of a comprehensive dental treatment plan.
Prior to becoming a dentist, Dr. Ciapciak spent twelve years working as a certified dental assistant for 8 different general dentists, two oral surgeons, a prosthodontist, an endodontist, and a periodontist, across four different dental practice locations including an implant-specific center.
Dr. Ciapciak travels annually to India to provide a dental clinic for over two hundred and fifty orphans at the Agape AIDS Orphan Care campus for children affected by or afflicted with the Indian AIDS crisis. The rest of the year, she continues to volunteer as a Chairperson for Agape AIDS Orphan and runs their social media accounts.
In her leisure, Dr. Ciapciak enjoys back-country snowboarding, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her English Bulldog- Flapjack.
